My journey in the architectural and building industry began in architectural design and documentation, spanning over 20 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have dedicated 15 years to VMZINC, where I held roles in design assistance and as a technical manager, overseeing all aspects of cladding and roofing specification and technical detailing.

My extensive experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of metal roofing and façade systems. I have been privileged to contribute to the design and documentation of metal roofs and facades on numerous high-profile commercial projects, including the Wellington Cruise Terminal (NZ), Deakin University Law School (VIC), Monash Business School (VIC), Optus Stadium Perth, Hotel Ibis Hobart, Ballarat Government HUB, and Yaram & District Health. Additionally, I have worked on a multitude of residential projects, fine-tuning details and specifications to meet the unique requirements of each client.

My career has afforded me the opportunity to collaborate with leading manufacturers in the development of non-ferrous metal products and to learn from industry professionals in architectural metal roof and façade design and development. I have a passion for bespoke roofing and cladding applications that push the boundaries of architectural metals in terms of form, shape, curvature, weather resistance for extreme environments, and sustainability.
